What we collect
We collect only the information we need to provide support: your name and contact details, NDIS details, information about your goals and support needs, and — where relevant — health information you or your health professionals share with us.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver and coordinate your supports, to meet our obligations as an NDIS registered provider, and to contact you about your services. We never sell your information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with your consent — for example with a plan manager, health professional or another provider — unless we are required by law, or where there is a serious risk to someone's safety. Wherever possible, we would talk with you first.
How we store it
Records are stored in secure, access-controlled systems. Only team members who need your information to support you can see it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@comfortsupportservices.com.au or call 0450 941 489 and we'll walk you through it.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544.
