About Comfort Support Services — Your Local NDIS Support Team
Comfort Support Services is an NDIS registered provider working across New South Wales. We were built by support workers and social workers who wanted to do this work properly.
Our mission
To make support feel human again — and to make it easy to ask for.
For three years our team has supported people with disability, their families and their carers across Western Sydney and beyond. We've helped over 150 participants apply for the NDIS, use their plans, stay in their homes and get back out into their communities.
We keep our teams small and local, so the person who knocks on your door is someone you know by name. That consistency is the whole point: comfort that stays with you.

You are a person with a life, not a case number. We start with what matters to you.
Plain language
If we use an acronym, we explain it. You should never leave a meeting more confused than you arrived.

We work with people of every culture, language, faith, gender and identity — respectfully.

Reliable workers, returned phone calls, and honesty when something can't be done.
